Click Theory Agency provides a SaaS platform for roofers that helps manage leads, marketing, and messaging campaigns. This includes, but is not limited to, sending SMS messages, email notifications, and analytics reports.
You must be a legal adult and authorized to operate a business to use our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
Keep login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Users may only send SMS messages to recipients who have opted in.
Users must comply with all local laws, including TCPA, GDPR, and CCPA.
Users must include clear opt-out instructions in all messages.
Accounts found sending spam, fraudulent, or illegal messages may be suspended or terminated.
Subscription fees are billed as agreed upon during signup.
We reserve the right to modify fees with notice.
Refunds are at the discretion of Click Theory Agency.
Click Theory Agency is not liable for lost revenue, profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Click Theory Agency operates (USA).
